Project Wish Adventure

This theme is another reinvention of the main theme. A quicker tempo, a new time signature, a lively percussion accompaniment, and a more whimsical orchestration create a much different atmosphere than that of the Main Theme. Additionally, some new progressions were composed to create space and tension in between melodic phrases, and the entire B section was written in a major rather than phyrigian modality, further contributing to the adventurous mood. Project Wish – Main Theme

The themes in this piece all come directly for the initial background music I composed for the terrain video. While writing, I discovered a motive in the music which I dubbed the “Project Wish Motive” and used in many variations throughout the piece. The melodic motive, A-C-E-A-F#-E, and its permutations appear in virtually every piece composed for Project Wish.
